What is causing the top of the page titles to get cut off when resizing the page? I don't know how to better describe that. If I drag the side of the page to the left, the page resizes and things shift on the page. When it gets to a certain point, the nav bar drops below the header image and the title gets cut off.

Sites are not designed to have their pages resized by dragging the browser. Mobile responsive themes are designed to work with CSS media queries that change the CSS at fixed screen widths. When you resize a screen in the browser as you are doing, you hit every pixel width that falls between the media query defined widths. There's no CSS in your theme for that.

If you must resize the page in the browser, you have to go with a mobile first design that uses min-width to define their media queries and CSS instead of max-width. This will cover every pixel on the page, but it's a completely different design paradigm than what your current theme uses.

I resized the browser window because I was trying to duplicate what someone was telling me - that the titles were getting cut off on their laptop.

Perhaps I wasn't clear in my explanation. The site looks fine to me on two monitors, my laptop and my phone. But someone has told me that when they pull the site up on their iPad and their laptop, 1/2 to 3/4 of the page title gets cut off. The only way I was able to duplicate it was to resize my browser window.

I found out that I had some code in the .site-inner that was the culprit, so it is resolved and I will close this thread.
