How do you create a drop-down, page-level menu that will allow you to select an item and have it redirect you to a page somewhere within a WordPress website?

I'm thinking about using this for a client login page. For example, the client would go to the client's page on my website. From there, they would select a drop-down list and select their company name, at which point they would be redirected to their client-specific and password protected page.

Another option would be a client page that has a username and password that would do the same thing. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a simple, client portal plugin that would do either of these, aside from membership plugins, which are overkill.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
