The slider allows you to link to either posts or pages for content. I would like to use pages, and would prefer to use custom "excerpts" for the associated text. But I cannot seem to find an "exerpt" option with pages, only with posts.

    Please help!

    I have this same request.

I tried to add the page excerpt code to the functions file in Executive Pro, but it broke the site.

Never mind. I had an extra line in there. Fixed it.

Try that link, Alex, and add the code to the functions.php. Make a backup or test it locally first, of course.
