Outreach Theme – Sub Footer Widgets shown only on Home Page & above featured

My client would like to move the 2 subfooters so they are displayed above the Home Page Featured widget area on the Home page. They would also also like only have the 2 subfooters show up only on the Home Page.  What is the best way to do this?  I've tried several things but none of them seem to work.

Do you have a link to the site? If so I'll take a look.

Basically you'll need to unhook the sub footer widget areas from the main template but using an IF statement so that they're not removed on the homepage. You'll also need to add them back in on the right hook.

Something like:

remove_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'genesis_footer_widget_areas' );
add_action( 'genesis_before_content_sidebar_wrap', 'genesis_footer_widget_areas' );
