    Hi Everyone,

I've searched the forum and tried a few of the other thread suggestions, but nothing is working for me. I am using the Outreach theme and I am trying to upload my logo with a transparent background. It is a .png logo. However, when I upload it, there is a white box around the logo. I upload another image and it is fine. I know I must be doing something wrong, but I'm stumped. Help? Please.

    THANKS, in advance!

Make sure when you're saving the file that you're clicking "save for web" and not just "save"
When you click "save for web" it should take you to a dialog box that displays the following:
    web dialog box

make sure there the "matte color" box is set on "none"

Are you sure that your logo actually has transparency in it? Aside from needing the correct settings while saving the .png file (as shown by @lizbarber05), you also have to have transparent pixels in the file. If you're working in Photoshop, you can see the transparency as indicated by the checkerboard pattern in the lefthand image...as opposed to the white background (which will not show up as transparent) in the right-hand image.

Also, if you're still having the problem, maybe you can give us a link to your site so we can get a look at what's going on. Thanks.
