Hi, I'm not sure what I did, but could anyone please tell me how to remove all the white space between the banner and the menu bar? I'd really appreciate it. http://www.innovativedivorcecoach.com/

You have a min-height of 250px set in two places in the header where the image is only has a height of 150px. You need to change the min-height to match the image in .site-header at line 1031 and .header-image .site-title > a at line 1074.
