How do I make a force return in the site title? I tried using code and it appears in the header and does not take. Help!

I want it to appear as follows:
SPELMAN COLLEGE
ETHEL WADDELL GITHII HONORS PROGRAM
http://sites.spelman.edu/honorsprogram/
