    My client wants the option to view their full site while on a mobile device. When I activate the Jetpack Mobile option the website dissapears on mobile. I have another client with Outreach Pro and this does not happen to them.

    Any suggestions how to get the mobile version to show up and have the option for Full Site at tthe bottom. I don't understand why the Jetpack doesn't work.

    Hi,

    there is no need to use Jetpack Mobile .
    If the client insists, I would use something like this:
    http://filzhut.net/projects/responsive-switch/

    Jetpack uses its own theme, overriding the layout and settings of Outreach Pro.
    As far as I remember mobile theme plugins have sometimes problems depending on whether a static home page is set or not.

    I don't understand the directions. How can I find the head tag in WordPress?
