Outreach Header Right Issues

After the most recent set up updates my header right section is not displaying properly. When I put an image the same height as the header (200px) that has my social media icons on the bottom they display ok on some monitors but if the window is shrunk in the least bit (or if the header right image is wider than a couple hundred px) the image drops down Below the header and is no longer contained in the header. As I said - this issue did not exist until I updated wordpress and genesis a couple of weeks ago. Below are links to 3 screenshots that will show you the problem. Any help is appreciated.

Can you add the icons back in, so we can see it in action?

Where should the icons actually be? As per 1.png? Or somewhere to the right of the green line? Or to the far right of the Saving souls text?
