    Can the Outreach (or any other) theme header be animated or does it have to be a fixed image?  I need to do a right to left single scroll to bring in the header which would then be fixed.

    Can a header be done in Flash?  Maybe add the functionality of MS Powerpoint transition effects to resolving a header image.  Just a thought.
