Hi, many people post comments on my blog. So I've braked comments into pages. Now its showing the "Older comments" and "Newer Comments" like structure in my post. Can anyone tell me how can I change that to the numbered pagination?

I did that, but it made the post navigation numeric which shows in the blog page, but not the comment page.
See this is my blog page and it shows the numeric pagination properly: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/3um1h/9on6

But if you visit my post which have many comments (like http://www.isaumya.com/paypal-google-wallet-indian-debit-card-support/ ) and you scroll down to the comment section you will see this: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/3um1h/gvpx

I want to make the comment page pagination numeric.

Yes I'm talking about this exactly. The 1, 2, pagination in the comment section. How do I do that?

It is totally custom php script. For styling I just added some css there.

I think that I used callback function for it. Check the comments.php file under lib/structure folder. You can understand it.
