The Customizer doesn't give me the option to select/upload an image file for either header image or background image. I can see (and click) the button "Add new image" but I have no way to select one. Above the button is a box outline with the text "No image selected."

I tested this problem with three or four themes and it's the same in each one.

I'm using Firefox 38.0.1 (Mac) which is up to date. I have the same issue in Chrome (43.0.2357.81).

Has anyone seen this before? Is it a plugin conflict or a browser issue? I haven't deactivated my plugins yet - that's my next step.

ETA: I deactived all my plugins - still no ability to select image files. I added Genesis/Focus Pro to a site on a different host (same web browser) and finally saw the window that allows me to select a file. I have a support ticket into the host about this issue.
