    Hi, Has anyone else experienced this recently? I've just posted an official technical support ticket for StudioPress, but then thought maybe someone else was experiencing this, and only recently, after upgrading?

    the site I am having this problem with is here :

    http://www.socialself.org/

    I am using the Centric theme, do have WooCommerce installed, have been searching forums and website for a couple of hours now... Added this to the functions.php file ----

    //* Add theme support for featured image for products
    add_theme_support( 'post-thumbnails', array( 'post', 'page', 'movie', 'product' ) );

    Have checked SCREEN OPTIONS, no FEATURED IMAGE box to check off, not just a problem with the products, also with posts and pages... Have checked Genesis Theme Settings, Featured Images is checked off.

    Sorry if I sound frustrated, but I am! Any help would be appreciated, Helen

    No need to add this code so please remove it

    add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’, array( ‘post’, ‘page’, ‘movie’, ‘product’ ) );

    You would add thumbnails support to the custom post types.

    You would use a WooCommerce filter if they're generated by WooCommerce

    Thanks for your reply, Brad... I removed the code, it wasn't working, and I only put it in a few days ago, out of desperation. I also saw that Portfolio Post Type http://wptheming.com/portfolio-post-type/ had an upgrade, did that and now everything's working - I'm able to upload and set a featured image for the new product.

    I should always think of plugins and conflicts!

    Thanks again for responding!
