I just purchased a theme and so far am very disappointed. Not only in the product I got but the needless maze of confusion trying to get some help. Maybe it was the frequent use of the term 'right our of the box' in the sales pitch, but what I have is nothing like the image of the theme I bought. Right now I just want my money and the time I've invested back.

With this new setup, I cannot envision ever again purchasing copyblogger products. Taking away one of the most useful forums I have ever participated in, and replacing it with this confusion unforgivable. I will vote with my wallet.

And I thought I was the only one who is dazed and confused over this new setup.

I purchases the new Megalithe theme and I just wasted 90 minutes of my life trying to get even the most basic stuff to show on my site (e.g. blog posts on the home page and widgets in the sidebar).  Still no luck.  And nowhere do I see any instructions on how to resolve these issues.

I have purchased six or seven StudioPress themes in the past year.  This one just may be my last.

Yeah, this isn't working for me anymore either. Disappointed in several things now, things used to work or at minimum just some minor tweaking (which is ok). Spend several hours fiddling with social media plugin (horrible), several more on education theme and it's CSS nightmare (which never really worked right). Yeah, time to start looking for something else...

With that said, I have thoroughly enjoyed the first streamline theme. It always worked well, was easy to use and tweak, code was well written and actually looked like it was supposed to after install. The previous forums were also fantastic and helpful... Thank you for everything up 'till this point.

Totally agree, l thought this was all about improving the support... is that something that will be coming soon? Anyone know where theme supports gone?

    Hello All,

I've also been concerned about all the "new" in StudioPress land. However, Nick has responded to our concerns in-depth. Have a look.

I for one am totally staying as I love the tools and the people behind CopyBlogger. You don't get as far as they have by being an idiot. I believe they have their finger on the pulse of what's happening and I trust they know what they are doing and how they are doing it. Seriously, I have total confidence. Cmon, we got some sites to build, instead of maybe getting overly focused on what I KNOW will be a temporary learning curve where once surmounted, will show it was indeed the best path forward.

I can't believe this post has been completely ignored by the StudioPress team.
