    I made a custom template page here:

    But it is not mobile responsive.

    How can I make it responsive on mobile devices?

    Hi you may just need to style the elements on that page in the Media Queries sections. Some of the elements have fixed widths that will not work on smaller viewports.

    Try using inspect element on your browser to see which elements need adjusting and then add those adjustments to the Media Queries section in your stylesheet.
