    I'm using Genesis/Prose's "Custom Code" menu to add this:

    /** Add new image sizes */
    add_image_size( 'magazine', 75, 75, TRUE);
    add_image_size( 'fullwidth', 417, 300, TRUE);

    I then ran the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin but the new image sizes don't show up in the Genesis Featured Widget dropdown.

    So, i'm not sure if you copied and pasted from a page, but sometimes, and just sometimes, the ' is turned into a ‘ and the second one won't work.  You'll want to add this information to the functions.php file, not sure if if that's the same as the "custom code" in Prose as I'm not running that theme at the moment.

    Finally, double check that the functions.php file uploaded to the server or was updated properly.

    Nice thinking but sadly that did not work. I adjusted them manually. I think that was a feature of copying and pasting in the forum.

    Yes, the Custom Code thing in Prose is the equivalent of the Functions.php. Prose's one says:

    WARNING: DO NOT edit this file under any circumstances.

    Please do all PHP modifications via the Custom Code admin menu.

    Can anyone help me with this? The client site needs to go live soon.

    In lib/structure/custom.php, prose_do_custom_php() only requires the file if ! is_admin()

    To clarify, in the file Prose > lib > Structure > custom.php change the line that says

    if ( ! is_admin() && file_exists( prose_get_custom_php_path() ) )

    to

    if ( file_exists( prose_get_custom_php_path() ) )

    Should be line #75

    Thanks both of you. 🙂

    That worked fine. Does that mean it's a bug in Prose?

    You're welcome.  As for if it's a "bug", that's up to StudioPress and the Genesis folks to decide. But we've let them know and hopefully an update will come out if it's needed.  Glad all is running well for you.
