    Hello,

I am currently using Eleven40 theme that was further modified by my developer. Recently, we came around an issue regarding the Breadcrumbs.

As we checked through Google Structured Data Testing tool, we found some errors in Breadcrumbs. Now, neither of us made any changes to the theme or Yoast SEO. What could be the problem here?

To add, I am using Yoast's breadcrumb feature ever since last year. It has worked well until this error started showing up. Could someone please help?

If the problem is with Yoast breadcrumbs, did you open a support ticket with them? This is forum is for Studio Press themes and products. Third party products are supported by their own developers.

I will tell you this, Yoast 8.1 has broken a lot of features in WordPress, especially if you use Gutenberg. With V.8.1 you can't edit or create new content while Yoast and Gutenberg are active at the same time.

Thank you for the reply, Victor! I must have told firsthand that the problem remains the same even if I completely disable Yoast SEO plugin. Which means that it is a problem with the theme itself, I believe.

As for Yoast itself, I am using v7.9. I personally like to stay away from its updates until I am sure that it doesn't cause any issues. Coming to Gutenberg, I really don't like it personally, so have stayed away from that as well.

And also, I would like to replace the current 'CreativeWork' structured data with 'Article'. Is there any easy way of doing that?

If you run Google Structured Data Testing tool on one of my current pages (Post) like this, you will see that both the Article and CreativeWork markups are present. The developer implemented it via functions.php, but now both of them are present consecutively.

    Any head starts on this?
