I've installed an SSL Certificate on the website linked below, but I'm getting the following error using https://www.whynopadlock.com/check.php :

    Insecure <form> call.
Found on line # 121 in file: http://www.phoenixarmsllc.com/index.html
(Note: Chrome will show a security error for any secure page with an insecure <form> call on the page)

I checked my source code, but I can't seem to root out this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Wow, I'm such an idiot sometimes.

Thanks victor. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same error with https://www.phoenixarmsllc.com/ when run through the https://www.whynopadlock.com/check.php website.

That could just be caching error. Look at the page in chrome browser and see if padlock is there or not. For the URL posted above it is for me.

Yeah, I'm getting a padlock in Chrome and it states that the site is secure. I wrote the folks at Why No Padlock to get some insight from them. I'll update this thread as soon as I hear back.

BTW, I'm also using a plugin to force loading of the https site. Not sure why that's needed, but it works.
