    I need to extend the height of the blue background color in the header of the Metric theme. My logo.png extends below the background color on all the internal pages and looks funky. Can someone point me to that location in the CSS?

    If I were you, I would photo edit the height of the blue background to the height I need it, and make it about 5px wide, then using the wp-admin > appearance > background, I would upload that new image and:

    position it left
    repeat tile horizontally
    attachment scroll
    background color #
