Tagged: nav menu
Hi. I have the Monochrome theme. When I click my navigational menu pages, they're simply loading an empty container. None of the content from the pages is visible. The header and footer are both visible, and my home page is also okay.
When I go to edit these pages directly (About, Blog, Contact, etc), I can still see the content. But when clicking on the menu on my site, all I'm getting is a blank page.
I've tried disabling plug-ins, but that didn't solve the issue.
Any other thoughts would be much appreciated.
There's something strange happening with your site. It's not using the genesis CSS classes in your page content. There's no telling why that might be happening from the front end. Whatever it is, it looks like something is over riding Genesis. I've never seen that happen before.
I've seen other things happen that can cause similar issues:
Are you using a page builder?
Do you have WooCommerce installed?
If you have WooCommerce, did you create its default pages?
If you have WooCommerce, did you install the Genesis Connect plugin for WooCommerce?
Any of these things can cause the issue you're seeing.
Troubleshooting this requires access to the admin area and possible FTP. I suggest you enable WordPress debug. It may provide better insights into what's actually going on.
