Like the topic states, My image won't load. The dimension is correct, I've done this before on my other sites. I know its the right steps. It just won't load. Actually, nothing happens at all, it's as if I didn't even try to initiate the image upload in the first place. I've read this forum, but don't see anything that pertains to this specific issue. I wonder if it has to do with this being a second domain under my hosting account, but even then I haven't experienced this issue with other secondary domains.

Any tips or tricks to get this working?

    Thanks in advanced.

Site Identity is a WordPress feature, not Genesis. Whenever you have a problem with anything in the admin area, you can usually trace it to a plugin conflict of jQuery error. You need to go through the standard WordPress troubleshooting steps to help determine the root cause.

Thank you, by any chance do you know what the technical terms of this issue would be? I'm trying to search the wordpress forum, but I'm having a hard time sifting through all of the issues as they don't match to this specific problem.
