    Hello everyone,

    I'm very new to CSS and I'm a bit afraid to jump into the code and risk messing something up.

    I'm using Streamline Pro.

    I want to centre the navigation bar in the middle. All of the code snippets that I've found haven't done much. It seems to be resisting all forms of movement. Maybe it's because it's responsive? I have no clue.

    One other thing that's bugging me is the post information bar... thingy. It has the author, date, comments. Is there a way to move that to the bottom of the post rather than the top?

    Thanks!

    This should center your nav bar

    Use this code to move the post meta from the entry header to the entry footer

    remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_post_info', 12 );
    add_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_post_info', 5  );

    Or you could install the Genesis simple edits plugin and move the post info shortcodes to the entry footer field

    Thanks!

    I got the nav bar to center but I'm still having trouble trying to move the meta data. I'll keep working at it.

    I tested the code and it works using either solution.

    You might find the plugin easier to use than code.

    Whenever I try it, it just removes the colour around the data.

    Where, specifically, should I be pasting the code?
