Im using the AJS footnotes plugin on a site but the author info appears directly below my post and above the footnotes. Can anyone help me figure out how I can move the footnotes above the author info.

Testing this in an unaltered StudioPress Executive Pro install places the footnotes before the bottom of genesis_entry_content as you might expect.

By author info, do you mean the "Author Box" that can appear at the bottom of your post? This is typically placed in
    genesis_after_entry.

Or do you mean the author byline from genesis_entry_header ? Perhaps this has been relocated in your theme?

To see these hooks in your theme you could use the Genesis Visual Hook Guide plugin.

If you want to relocate the plugin you should contact the plugin author.
