    I want to change font color of site title in header and titles of the posts every where, where ever they occur.

    I also want to change the background color of the horizontal bars appearing above widgets (which are black at present) in the right hand side bars.

    Please help.

    Hey Renu,

    Both of your questions should be solvable by adding a custom color scheme and changing those two areas you mentioned via CSS edits.

    Actually, I should be more clear. You don't need to add an additional color scheme if you just want to change the default colors directly. You'd be looking for the .entry-title a selector for post title colors and .sidebar .widget-title for widget title background colors.

    Sure Renu,

    You need to edit your style sheet, found in Appearance > Editor. Search for the selectors I listed and change either the color: or background-color: properties within them. Does this help?
