    Hello,

    1. I have been struggling with the menu on the Modern Portfolio theme. I have managed to centre the menu on all of my pages, except the home page. This is a custom menu (widgetised).

    2. I would like to have the menu centred like this: http://www.jerseyicecreamco.com/ ..

    3. I would also like to get my blog name centred above the menu?

    For the life of me I cannot work out how to do this. Is anyone able to assist? I can't find any old posts on this.

    thanks

    Stephanie

    Hi Stephanie,

    Try modifying these two classes in your theme CSS file, but make sure to save the original version of these classes so you can revert to them if it doesn't work as expected.

    .site-header .widget-area {
    	float: none;
    	text-align: center;
    	padding-top: 8px;
    	padding-top: 0.8rem;
    	width: auto;
    }

    .title-area {
    	float: none;
    	padding: 12px 0;
    	padding: 1.2rem 0;
    	width: 35%;
            margin: 0 auto 0 auto;
    }

    Let me know how it works out.

    Thanks Dave,

    This indeed worked... any idea as to how to make the logo area bigger? At the moment it is only 290 x 90px..

    thanks
