    Hey everyone,

When I look at my website on mobile (using Google's mobile tool) the banner is too big and doesn't show properly - is there a piece of code I need to place to solve this?

    Thanks

Even though I don't have coding help for you...but in case this might help you troubleshoot, I can confirm that there are definitely problems with your site on actual mobile devices:

    1. iPad running most recent version of iOS:
Header looks OK, but entire page is shifted all the way to the left...no white space at all on left...lots of blank space on right.

    2. iPhone running most recent version of iOS:
Header is cut off on right side. Slider doesn't display entire image...right side is missing. Going further down the page, the "Christmas for Kids" images do not display correctly.

It's almost as if none of the responsive features are working.

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for all of your help and letting me know what problems you are seeing. I'm now really stuck lol!

I'm not sure why the responsive features are not working as this theme is mobile responsive and as far as i am aware we I haven't changed any of the settings.

Does anyone know how to fix this please!!

Again thank you so much for troubleshooting it has been a real help 😀
