Mobile-friendly for Platinum theme

Can anyone please tell me which plugin to use to make my Platinum theme website mobile-friendly?

There's not a great way to do it. A plugin like WPtouch would give you a mobile version, but it can be a bit cumbersome. Really, your best bet would be to pick a new theme that is mobile responsive (and virtually every StudioPress theme is now) and dig into it. Your content (pages/posts) will move over, but it'll certainly take some time to customize the look and feel to your liking.

Short-term it'll be a pain, but long-term that'll be your best bet.

for a quick fix you can activate the Mobile Theme in the Jetpack plugin or use something like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mobile-edition/

There are also paid plugins like http://www.wptouch.com/

To have complete control over the mobile appearance you should consider switching to a mobile-responsive Genesis theme.

I thought all Studio Press themes were mobile friendly - is Platinum Theme one that is not?

Todd,

Platinum theme is an "old theme" that is not sold anymore. However, StudioPress will still offer support for the theme. The theme is not mobile responsive and you would need WP Touch to make it mobile responsive as the other fellas have quoted. I wanted to use a new theme, but I have 70+ pages and customization would affect the website for too long.

Eventually, I will set-up a test site and make the transition 😉
