I checked through the old forums and I couldn't find the answer.

I want to remove the blog snippets on the home page and replace it with content (text), while keeping everything else as is.

How do I do that?

For anyone reading this, you will then need to go to this thread http://www.studiopress.com/support/showthread.php?t=124662 (on the old forum) to delete the blog posts.
