    Hi

     

    I'd like to make the background for the default footer widgets full width - as it is for  the footer - could anyone advise how I might achieve this.

    Your footer already looks like it has a problem. The WordPress link is cut off.

    It should be fine now - I was tinkering so I've reloaded the original files
