In Metro pro it is possible to show Extras in the Primary Navigation like showing
rss, clock or the search bar.

Is it possible to do that for the Secondary menu as well ?

    Not in the same way.

But you can add them as custom links in your secondary nav, in Appearance - Menus from the Dashboard.

If you add your secondary nav as a custom menu to a widget area (instead of the Secondary Nav area), you can also add the Search widget. Further, you can add the markup for rss and other links to a text widget.

Both methods will work especially well if you use an icon font for the RSS and other links that lend themselves to that treatment.

    Thanks for a fast reply

I only want a search bar right of the sec-nav.
    Not added as a link.

There is no widget area right of the sec-nav, only right of the header. The place where I have it now, but not want to.

    Try one of these

Hooks in the search box http://wpsites.net/web-design/add-search-form-to-any-genesis-nav-menu/

Creates a new widget for the search widget http://wpsites.net/web-design/nav-menu-widget/
