I would like to add a slider to the Home Top Widget using the new Metro theme.  I am using the premium plugin Soliloquy which lets me add a widget for this.  My question is, what width do I need to set the slider too to make it work properly?

    Thanks!

What is the URL of your site? We need to see it and the layout.

This site is not live as it is a test site for one I am working on.  As of right now I am just using the base Metro theme.  http://demo.studiopress.com/metro.  I just want to put the slider in the Home Top Widget, which is where the main featured story is on the demo site.  I'm using Firebug, but it only shows the width as 65%, so not sure what that would be for the actual size I should set the slider to.  The slider is a responsive slider too.  I hope that helps.

    Thanks for your help!

On my screen, the image is 708px wide. I would use that as a starting point.

That worked great!  Thank you so much.  I just realized after you gave me the dimension that once again I tried to make things harder than they are.  I didn't even think to look at the obvious, the size of the picture there.  DUH!  Once again I am humbled.  Thanks for taking the time to help me.
