My main nav menu is supposed to collapse into an icon on mobile devices and it worked that way until recently.  It does collapse when I am logged into WordPress but does not when I'm not logged in. I use Magazine Pro 3.7.0. Suggestions would be appreciated.  My site is http://www.seniordaily.com

You have a problem on your site. Did you recently add an optimization plugin? The reason I ask is because there's an error on your site coming from the theme's responsive menu jQuery script that says jQuery is not defined. This means that the menu script is loading before WordPress loads its jQuery files. This shouldn't happen.

Every script loading on your site has a reference of data-wpacu-script-handle. I don't know what this reference is, but it's probably a plugin. I suggest you deactivate any and all optimization and caching plugins, clear all caches and see if the problem goes away. If it does, reactivate each plugin until the problem returns. The last plugin activated is the culprit.

Thanks for those pointers, Victor. This led me to the problem, which was caching. I cleared cache, turned off plugins, etc. and everything is back to normal. I think the problem was at my CDN. Clearing cache there and disabling it for awhile seemed to be the fix.
