    Hi,
The Menu is appearing on the site, but not in the admin when I go to APPEARANCE > MENUS in the EDIT MENUS tab. But when I go to the MANAGE LOCATIONS tab it is selected in the Primary Navigation Menu drop down.

    I am using Outreach Pro.

    Hi Heather,

    did you solve your problem?

There are a bunch of possible causes.
Maybe something went wrong with the WordPress installation (it didn't complete or a file got corrupted).
It could be a plugin conflict. To test you would have to deactivate plugins, maybe even switching to a twenty- standard theme...
You could also check for a Javascript problem by using a Chome extension called Quick Javascript Switcher. It disables/enables Javascript with a click.
