    Thanks in advance for your help!

    I am using the Eleven40 Pro Theme and when in IE8, my client's main navigation displays vertical instead of horizontal. See here: http://propertycasualtyfocus.com/.

    In IE8, the Eleven40 Pro Demo navigation displays normally -- a horizontal menu. See here: http://demo.studiopress.com/eleven40/

    I have not changed any code for the menu. I thought maybe the navigation for http://propertycasualtyfocus.com/ had too many items (and was too long) or there was not enough width given to this widget area, but that's not that case.

    Please help me figure out how to get the menu navigation back to normal. Thanks!!

    Hi,
    That's a tricky one, as I don't have IE8, of course. I can point you in a direction, though. I used the emulator in my IE, and was able to replicate your problem in IE7 mode, not 8. Although IE8 is wretched, IE7 was even worse. In the following code, I would suggest trying this: replace "display: inline-block;" with "float: left;" and see if that does the trick.

    .genesis-nav-menu .menu-item {
    	border-width: 0;
    	display: inline-block;
    	margin: 0;
    	padding-bottom: 0;
    	text-align: left;
    }

    You could also write some CSS override code for IE8 and lower if you want to keep the above code.

    I actually let people know upfront that I don't support IE8 or lower anymore.

    Good luck, Dave
