    Hello everyone,

    I posted this same topic in the general wordpress.org forum, but I thought I could get better help here. Keep in mind, this theme is not very well documented so that's why I wanted to ask for help here. I'm running the raider theme on genesis; you can find the theme/read more about it here: http://wpcanada.ca/our-themes/raider/. I simply want to remove the gray background area and make the entire site full width with no background at all. Keep in mind, I want to keep the sidebar area as well. Is there a simple plugin or way to expand the site without doing too much code? I'm not very good with it but I'm willing to try out any suggestions.

    Thanks in advance for any help offered!

    Hi,

    Remove the max-width and margins on your .site-container class.

    In your child theme style.css, remove the max width and margins as follows:

    Line number 408

    .site-container{
    background-color: #fff;
    clear: both;
    margin: 40px auto 0;
    max-width: 1240px;
    overflow: hidden;
    padding: 40px;
    }
