I'm looking for some support for the Mai Lifestyle Theme on a couple things. My site is at https://thetvtraveler.com.

    1. I'd like to change the background color of the before header widget and float the menu to the left while the Simple Social Icons stay aligned right.

    2. How can I change the font size? In the past I've been able to easily change this in the style.css file, but I'm new to Genesis and there is very stern warning NOT to change anything in the parent theme file. There is very little in the child theme style.css, so I'm guessing I need to add some custom code to override... I want to make the sidebar text font size smaller and the H1 (post titles) smaller.

Thanks so much for any assistance! This is such a great community!

I like to add my custom css to the bottom of the child theme style.css.

Don't mess with the Genesis parent.
The main reason for the child is to make custom design changes without changing the core code.

This way when major WordPress and Genesis updates take place your custom design is still there and working.

    Your style.css should be at:

The Mai Lifestyle Theme is not a Studio Press product. It is a community marketplace theme. Community marketplace theme developers support their themes directly. As the creators, they will be most familiar with the theme and be able to provide you with the best support.

To access the setup documentation for this third party theme, see the Mai Lifestyle Pro Theme Setup Guide.

If you have any trouble, please contact the Mai Theme support team.
