Mai Lifestyle Pro Home Page – set up – pages instead of posts

I am using the Mai lifestyle pro theme.

Is it possible to use pages on the home page instead of posts
in the carousel widget.

Typically I use genesis featured page widget to use pages on my home page.

In this theme, it seems like I can only use posts which are blog posts.

I want to feature pages that are not blog posts on my home page.

Hello there. Not at all! Our [grid] shortcode allows you to display any post type, or multiple post types at once, or category/tag/taxonomy terms. You just change the "content" parameter from content="post" to content="page".

Thanks for the response..
I have read the grid placement instructions several times and there seems to be a missing link. It just does not show up.. Therefore, I am thinking that I am missing something simple. I have watched the videos "which are very good"// and I still do not have success.

I DO NOT SEE a chat bubble on the support site.

Thanks in advance for your help.. I really would like to use the grid layout in this theme.
