    Hello there, I purchased the magazine pro. How do I change the black box on the title header on home top, middle and bottom and sidebar? I prefer to replace them with double lines at the bottom of each title. Can this be done by adding CSS code if yes, please provide me the right css code with instructions.

    Thank you.

    1. Look for following code in style.css

    .magazine-home .content .widget-title,
    .sidebar .widget-title {
    background-color: #222;
    color: #fff;
    padding: 10px;
    padding: 1rem;
    }

    2. Change background-color:#fff; for white backgound and color:#333; for darker text

    3. To add lines below it add this line

    border-bottom:solid 1px #333;

    You can use a tool like Firebug (or Chrome's Inspector) to right click on different elements of your site and see the CSS rules that apply to them. You can also preview changes before you make them to your stylesheet. That's the best way to make changes to the way your site looks. Alternately, you could purchase a plugin like Genesis Extender that allows you to make CSS changes from the front end of the site.
