I replaced the header image on http://jareeda.com/ using Customize. It shows in Firefox but not in IE or Chrome. I cleared the cache but still no go. What might be causing this?

I went into Chrome, deactivated the header and reactivated it. I can see the new header now.

I spoke too soon. It goes back and forth. One time (pulling up the site) it shows the new header and the next it shows the old header.

I'm glad you were able to get your issue resolved; I always deactivate any caching plugins when I am making updates to my site.
