For the sake of putting a solution on this thread… I ended up exporting my data from WordPress/Tools/Export and Genesis/Export in two separate files, then got with my support team at GVO to have them wipe out WordPress and put a brand-new installation there. I then proceeded to reinstall Genesis and the plug-ins one by one. What I found was that the Genesis Easy Columns plug-in was also a culprit of disturbing the PC browser perspective. Once disabling it, the site viewed normally again... which performed differently with a new WP installation vs the old corrupt version.

I want to thank everyone for your assistance in finding the errors on the site.

One word of caution... the Import plugin in the new WP platform does not import graphic images. I did copy the graphic folders in the "upload" directory to the new location and the images do show on on the blog, due to the path being correct; however, they are not showing up in the Media Library. Still need to figure that one out. Apparently this has been a problem for over 3 years now as I found on several forums when I googled info on it.

I found this plugin. Try this - http://wordpress.org/plugins/media-tools/.
