I'm using Genesis and Magazine Pro and following the 3.9 upgrade, I have lost the floating image icons which appear when rolling over an image in the visual editor when using Chrome.

A support post on WordPress suggests this is a theme incompatibility and some users found reverting to the 2011 theme returned the floating icons.

(I'll not be returning to the 2011 theme) but does anyone else have a similar issue?
I've tested it on Chrome 34.0.1847.166 where it doesn't work and Firefox 28.0 where it Does work.

Have you deactivated all your plugins to rule out a conflict? I provide support for a number of the community marketplace themes, and all the support questions I've fielded over there have been resolved by disabling plugins to identify one or two which are causing issues.
