    I have Prose and would like to get rid of the notifications of the tags and categories associated with each post,
    if that's not too tricky. Is it do-able? Thanks in advance!

    You can remove them site wide using this PHP code in the themes special custom code box for PHP functions.

    add_filter( 'genesis_post_meta', 'sp_post_meta_filter' );
function sp_post_meta_filter($post_meta) {
	$post_meta = '';
	return $post_meta;
}

    Be careful pasting PHP code as one mistake will break your site.

    Another option is to install the Genesis Simple Edits plugin and remove the short codes for the categories and tags.
