Looking for someone for music industry – web design / graphic design project

I work with several notable musicians and record labels and have a unique company and am looking to create something new for this new project which would be a website. I'm wondering if I'm better off just getting a genesis theme and having a go at it myself and hiring out mostly for graphic design OR hiring out someone for this on the entire wireframing and site completion. I'm curious what themes would work best for this project, any suggestions would be amazing.

Basically on the one end I do music analytics, advertising and marketing and then on the other I work with the artists on their digital marketing and overall career strategies which run the gamut of working with promoters, agents, managers and obviously the musicians themselves often in a totally collaborative way.

There are not a lot of music science data and advertising companies out there and less that combine the two. I need something that will combine the analytic expertise of something like http://www.woopra.com with that of the music insights and marketing wins like you might find at say http://www.guptamedia.com

This project would be as much a test for the future as it is on creating this site as from here I have ample more work in the entertainment industry as my clients tend to have far greater budgets and they are all on the up and up in their careers with a ton of different campaigns, designs and creative opportunities globally over the next several years.

I can discuss this all further with you and will enumerate who these artists are and some of the really fun and cool stuff in the pipeline, but I need an idea of how to get going first.
