    I'm a beginner but eager to learn

    I would like to put a logo to the left of the site title in the beautiful theme

    My first thought ere that it might be possible to use the image widget and anchors to achieve this but that's as far as I got

    Sny steps on how to achieve my goal will be much appreciated

    I didn't test this however you can find this CSS rule in your style sheet which hides the title when a header image is added.

    .header-image .site-title a {
    	display: block;
    	text-indent: -9999px;
    }

    If you remove it, the image and title may display then you can position each element using CSS, the work for which you'll need to complete yourself.

    That should get you started in the right direction.
