A strange line has popped up in my client's website, only on the page listed below.

I haven't changed any code or anything. Any idea why this is happening? It's showing up on both the top and bottom of the page.

You are not clearing the floats properly from the column classes. You have <br class="clear"> and there is no class in style.css named clear. It should be <br class="first">.
