    I realize supporting plugin issues may not be something the Community normally addresses, but perhaps someone has seen this specific issue before. I have a widget formatting issue using Lifestyle PRO and The Events Calendar plugin by Modern Tribe.

    The plugin has a widget allowing calendar events to be displayed as a list in the sidebar. Although the feature works, the widget displays unwanted numbers before each event like an ordered list. (1., 2., etc)

    Modern Tribe is no help. I've deactivated all my other plugins with no change. I switched to a basic theme (twenty sixteen) and the formatting was correct -- the unwanted numbers did not appear.

    If it turns out to be a pita, can anyone recommend another plugin that has a list widget and Google map integration? TIA

    All you have to do is turn off the numbering with CSS. Add this to style.css after line 950 that sets the numbers.

    .tribe-events-list-widget-events.type-tribe_events {
        list-style-type: none !important;
    }

    Thank you for your quick response! The CSS didn't work for me when I manually saved it to the style.css file as you indicated. However, when I published it using the Customizer's "Additional CSS" interface it did work. We can call that issue resolved, but...

    Do you know how to add padding above the "View All Events" link in the widget? You've helped so much already I hope you can do it again if it's not too much trouble. I appreciate it very much.

    Add this to your custom CSS:

    .tribe-events-widget-link {
        padding-top: 1rem;
    }
