layout whitlisting

Hello,

i tried to whitelist only a few sections and layouts with

add_filter('genesis_blocks_allowed_layout_components', function( $layouts ) {
    return [
        'hbcom_showcase_section',
        'hbcom_showcase_dark_section',
        'hbcom_project_layout',
        'hbcom_clients_layout'
    ];
});

Two keys are from type=section and two keys are type=layout.
When i put this in my theme functions.php the sections will be shown, the layouts not. How can i show the layouts?
