    Hi all:

Looking for some help here if possible. We're trying to use the Featured Image functionality as background images for both pages and posts. Then adding a shaded gradient layer on top of the background images to save us having to darken each image individually. Anyone have any ideas how to do this?

We don't want to use a plugin, would rather code this in php and/or css if possible (or even javascript if that's the only way).
    Thanks!

You have to make a div around the image to make this work. Maybe this tut can help you. http://www.impressivewebs.com/image-tint-blend-css/

Hi, my name is Jan Hoek. Sure, they all say I have a big head, but I like to think it’s way too small for all my ideas.
