I have an old problem with my News Pro theme. In fact, since day one, when I purchased Genesis framework and the theme. Many time ago.
Old problem. Messages sent about this.
Honestly, I like your products, but I am THIS CLOSE to change everything here. I'd like to finally see some attention from Studio Press team. Do I look like asking too much?
Well...
I have a VERY ANNOYING (VERY!!!) problem that happens only in the mobile version of my blog. Always, all the time, no exception, each page, the browser jumps to the top after the page is fully loaded. Many readers complain about this. Month after month, year after year, problem not solved.
A man kindly replied to me in this forum. He told me the reason could be the "slow loading" of the page. This makes no sense. By the way, if I change the theme (like a standard WordPress theme), the problem does not happen. The problem is clearly linked to Genesis or to the News Pro theme.
I've being trying myself to investigate this, to solve the problem, since I get no reply or attention from Studio Press. I might have found a clue.
And I might have found a clue by accident. Yesterday I was using keyboard shortcuts to navigate in my blog. I suddenly saw three links in the left top of the page. They are not visible. They appear only if I use the TAB key to navigate on the page. The three links are links to the top of the page, to the menu and to the content. I believe now that, after the page is fully loaded, the browser detects those hidden links and jumps to the top.
I tried yesterday to find those links in the code, and maybe delete them, but I could not find them.
I took some screenshots, and now I share them with you.
Firts one:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/gDa14rn6XpvsHT8P7
We read "Saltar para o menu principal," which is Portuguese for "Jump to the main menu."
Second one:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/qYg4mY9KEJLEBwiBA
We read "Saltar para a barra lateral principal", Portuguese for "Jump to the main sidebar".
Third and last one:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZHxZMq1h8YP9tZBH7
We read "Saltar para o conteudo", Portuguese for "Jump to the content".
Maybe the problem lies in this hidden and misterious menu/links.
What are they? Could I delete them? Where can I find them in the code? I searched for them on almost all the codes/files.
Please, Stdio Press team. Please. Any special attention this time?
Thank you very much.

Probably not what you want to hear , but I can’t see the issue and this is on a mobile.
July 1, 2019 at 5:29 pm #492066glaucoMemberThank you very much for your attention.
That's strange. I did not happen to you? It always happens, no matter the browser or the mobile OS the person uses. Now I'm even more intrigued. 🙂
Let's remember one thing: I'm talking about an automatic jump to the top. Not a link I could click to jump to the top.
Best regards.

July 8, 2019 at 9:01 am #492186glaucoMemberThank you, I will keep investigating this.
What you say makes sense... but I don't believe this is the explanation. I have a great internet connection, always fast, and it happens with me.
