    Hi!

    I'm trying to implement a bit of functionality into a site, but I need to learn some more jquery. In the meantime, I'm trying to get jquery waypoints to work to apply some css to certain elements as the viewer scrolls down the page. (http://imakewebthings.com/jquery-waypoints/)

    the functionality would look something like this: http://www.nois3.it/

    The user scrolls down the page, and the jquery changes the css to make the menu slide down (or in our case, add a background color, and make another div visible.

    here's what I have for code:

    jQuery('#text-2 img').waypoint('sticky', {
    direction: 'down right',
    stuckClass: 'bg-color',
    wrapper: '<header class="site-header" role="banner" itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="http://schema.org/WPHeader">'
    });

    what I'm trying to make happen, is when "#text-2 img" hits the top of the viewport, I want the script to add class ".bg-color" to "<header class=" .... " > and also make "section#text-7" to have the class "visible"

    Thanks so much for any help! The website is http://squibbs.wpengine.com/

    Looks like the community is stumped on this one. If you still need help, you might try reaching out to some of the StudioPress recommended developers: http://www.studiopress.com/genesis-developers/
